Mini Olympics at St. Lukes

Today we had our Mini Olympics.
We had great fun going around to 9 different activities in our collaborative learning groups.
We loved doing the high jump and jumping the hurdles!
Our Olympics started and finished with a torch relay - it was amazing to see the seniors run around the running track with their torches.
At the completion of our activities we were all awarded a gold medal because we are all winners!
Thank you Mr Crowe and the Sports Captains for organising such a fun day!

Hi Prep D
We loved working with you in our collaborative teams during the Mini Olympics. It was a great opportunity for us to work and play and have fun together. Some of our favourite activities were - high jump, hurdles, shot put, dancing and long jump. Did you watch the Olympic Games? What is your favourite Olympic sport?
Good Job Prep D.

Hi Junior S,
Thank you for visiting our blog. All of us watched the Olympic Games. Our favourite sports were swimming, fencing, gymnastics, diving, cycling, rhythmic gymnastics, running and the high jump. We loved all of the sports.
What were your favourite sports? Did everyone in your class watch the olympics?
