Which Total is Bigger?
In one of our Maths sessions this week we played a card game to explore adding numbers together to reach a total. We also discovered that it is quicker to count in groups of 2 when counting collections. Another discovery we made was to count on from the largest number to find out the total. This was a great game!

We use a number line to help us count. We think using cards sounds like lots of fun and would like to try.
